Spa Policies
Spa Information | If you are a first time client please arrive 15 minutes early to complete a client profile prior to your service. Please turn off all cellular phones and pagers upon arrival. Gift Certificates must be redeemed at the front desk prior to service.
Appointments | It is our pleasure to help plan your Spa experience. Spa services are by appointment only. All appointments including 2 or more services must be confirmed with a credit card.
Late Arrivals | We cannot guarantee requested service for late arrival. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
Cancellation Policy | While we realize that emergencies can occur, your spa services are reserved especially for you. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance for single appointments and 48 hours for two appointments or packages for cancellations. Same day cancellation will result in a 50% charge of the selected appointment. All "NO SHOW" appointments will be charged at 100% of the service fee. If appointment was made using a gift certificate, it will be void.
Product Return Policy | If you are not completely satisfied with the product that you have purchased, please return it within 14 days from the date of purchase. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 14 days from the date of purchase.
Gift Certificates | Shangri-la Gift Certificates may be purchased in specific dollar amounts, for particular services or product. Gift Certificate number must be given when making reservations. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. All Gift Certificate sales are final and will be void after expiration date. Sorry, no exceptions.
Payment | Visa/MasterCard accepted. Return check fee is $30.00. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Children | Due to liability, children are not permitted unless they are receiving a service.
